Join us in promoting self-care and self-compassion. Being a student is a lot of hard work, and it’s important to take an occasional break from school to do something fulfilling or treat yourself when you’re feeling down. Reply to prompts on our Facebook and Twitter pages for a chance to win daily prizes, engage in fun self-care activities at our booths popping up around campus, and come out to our big evening events (ex. a free yoga practice, a mindfulness workshop, a board-game/craft night) and enter ballots for our grand prize!
